This agency goes above and beyond to not only get the job done but to also make a trying process as smooth and as pleasant as possible. I had to sell my property in the UK while out of the country. At the time, the property was being rented out by a family member without my permission. I contacted almost 50 estate agents via email and later spoke to them on Zoom. What set Raj Yadav instantly apart from others was his genuine compassion and empathy. He made no promises, only that he would do his best to see what the situation was. Within a matter of days the tenant had been contacted and entered into a rental agreement with the rent being directed to me. I had hoped to sell the property soon after that, however the legal dispute lasted for almost a year. Within a week to 10 days of it being settled we closed the sale. During that year there were obstacles to the sale almost every month which my solicitor was dealing with, all the while Raj was in constant contact with the law firm, the tenant and myself. Even on the days there was no news, Raj would send me an email letting me know that he was still on the case and trying to manage my very high stress levels. For almost an entire year Raj had potential buyers at the ready while Theodora made sure that the tenant was paying rent and that the property was kept up to an acceptable standard. Before engaging with Finchley's I had been badly burned by 2 other agencies, so to say I was reluctant to engage with another would have been an understatement. But from my first call with Dora, who was a total dream and could not of been more patient when I vented my frustrations and concerns. Followed up with another call from Raj, the owner, who could not have done more to help and advise. I could tell instantly these guys were different!! Without a doubt, I was hard work as a client, but nothing was too much for them to put my mind at ease and help with the sale of my flat.
